Noel J. Trias has over thirty four years experience in the financial services and benefits industry with primary focus in the corporate benefit trust and retirement plan markets. Noel oversees the Retirement Plan and HRA consulting practices of Benefits Matrix, LLC based in Escondido, California.
Since 1989, Clients turn to Noel for the design and implementation of defined contribution plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans 409(a) plans, business continuity and tax planning for small to mid size businesses. Part of his practice is to advise employers on defined contribution health plans including HRA and HSA design that may help offset rising health insurance costs.
Noel has a degree in accounting from the University of San Diego and earned a M.S. in Financial Services from Golden Gate University in 1990. He has been a featured guest speaker with CPA firms and chambers of commerce across Arizona and California. He is active in church serving as treasurer of the Escondido Church of Christ.
